I had the opportunity to introduce stamping to a women’s group recently – most had never stamped before. These type events are a favorite of mine – I get to share my passion for stamping and see how much fun first time stampers have when they create their first stamped project!
I kept the projects simple but the ladies loved them! The above card uses the following products:
Language of Love stamp set
Tulip embossing folder
Blushing Bride Card Stock and Ink
Full Heart Punch
Like most everyone in the country,we have had a long stretch of days with below zero temperatures and even colder wind chills – and no school!
Faith had three of her best friends come over for two nights and days of sleep overs – we had so much fun – and one of the things we did was stamp!!!
It warmed my heart – loved having them here – and made me miss my other girls – sure is great to have a house full of girls!!!
I told the girls we would have “stamping school” – they thought this was a lot more fun than regular school!! Ha! So they spent quite a bit of time in “the bee spot” creating! Here’s a few shots
of them –
Sweet girls – I loved stamping with you!!
Hope you all have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
How fun to have the girls to stamp with you. Can you tell us about the "sucker" they made? Looks so cute. I'm sure my granddaughters would love to make these for their teachers. Thank you, firstname.lastname@example.org.
PS: your new "craft room" is AWESOME!
Hi Cindee- – yes, we had so much fun! I have details on the sucker in my post from January 27th – and there is a close up of it, too. Let me know if you have any more questions, but I think the post will answer them for you. I am addicted to the Spiral Flower die!!! It is too much fun!
