Beautiful Baroque

Apr 2, 2014 | Uncategorized | 0 comments

Needed a thank you card – and tried to use up some “remnants” of projects left on my desk!

I thought it turned out cute!

Here’s how I made it –

The base is Crisp Cantaloupe Cardstock – 4 1/4 x 11.  It seems I am using that color more and more!

The next layer is Whisper White 4 x 5 1/4 – and has the Dictionary stamp inked very lightly and stamped over the entire piece.

I used Crisp Canteloupe Ink and stamped the Beautiful Baroque stamp on the Whisper White layer.
Before I attached this to my card front, I added a piece of Baked Brown
Sugar Trim to the  back of the piece at the bottom. It just seems to
soften it all a bit.

For the banners, I used Sassy Salutations Stamp Set – it’s become my “go to” stamp set for bold greetings.  Love it!   I also made a banner with some of the gold vellum.

I wrapped the banners with Gold Bakers Twine and attached the entire piece to the card front with a dimensional.

Products used on this card are pictured below – please click on any of the images to start shopping from my online store!!
