So Very Happy

Here’s a fun card that showcases a sneak peek of a stamp set that will be in the new catalog that comes out in June!!  So on trend – have you seen owls lately?? They are everywhere – home decor, jewelry, purses, etc. !!  I really think they are cute – and hope you like this card!

and a close up –

Here’s the details on this card –

The Yippee- Skippee is from the stamp set called Yippee- Skippee !

My card base is Bermuda Bay card stock which I cut 3 3/4 x 11 inches – and scored at 5 1/2.

I wanted to have the banner and the scallop circle hang over the edge a bit and still fit in a regular envelope.

For the large whisper white circle – I used the 2 1/2 inch circle punch – and layered this onto a scallop circle of Calypso Coral which was cut using the Perfect Pennants die.  ( this is on the retiring list!)

The “Yay, You stamp is from the So Very Happy set – and this was stamped in Bermuda Bay ink.  My owl was stamped in soft suede ink – the banner in Bermuda Bay ink.

For my little banners, I used some coordinating colors of designer series paper and a strip of silver glimmer paper, and flagged the ends.

This card goes together quickly – my kind of card!!

Thanks for visiting – enjoy your day!
