Merry Moose, No Place like Gnome & So Much Love

Nov 12, 2020 | More Video Tutorials | 0 comments

My Facebook Live this week focused on three different stamp sets.  I chose these three cards because they are all quick and easy to create.   The card above uses the  Merry Moose stamp set.   I love that moose – and it’s a simple addition to a card, just by using the Moose punch.  And really, a moose is perfect for year round stamping for masculine cards – just switch up the greeting and you are all set!  And of course, I always love a red, black and white color combination.

Here’s my Facebook Live, if you’d like to watch.   Every week, I give away the card(s) I’ve made the week before – to be entered for a chance to win, all you need to do is leave a comment or share my post.    I go live on Monday’s at 1 pm.   I’d love to have you join me –  here’s a link to my I’d Rather Bee Stampin’ Facebook Page
My second card features the No Place like Gnome stamp set.  Honestly, when I first saw this stamp set, it didn’t seem like a stamp set that I would want, but now it’s become one of my favorite sets from our August-December Mini Catalog!

I used a piece of Designer Series Paper from the Trimming the Town package –  I loved the little houses with the stamp’s words – “There’s no place like Gnome for the Christmas season.” – they just seemed to go together.  I added a little color to the gnome with Stampin’ Blends –  Pool Party, Real Red and Petal Pink.  I used the Snowflake Adhesive Backed Embellishments to make it look like Mr. Gnome was tossing snow into the air.
My next card features the lovely So Much Love stamp set.  This beautiful floral image stamps perfectly and I love the look of it.   I love the combination of Pool Party with Pretty Peacock.  The small scallop panel is a die from the Peony dies set.   Embellishments are the Elegant Faceted Gems and a little snippet of Pretty Peacock Scalloped Linen Ribbon.

I dressed up the envelope by stamping the large floral image – a quick easy addition:
