For my Facebook Live on Monday, I shared two projects to showcase the darling Joyful Life stamp set from our July- December Mini Catalog.
My first project is a gift card holder (perfect for a coffee gift card), and the second project is a card.
Joyful Life is such a cute set!

The first card I made is actually a gift card holder! The base for my gift card holder is a card and envelope from our Notecards and Envelopes package (20 cards and envelopes to a package). I cut down the front flap of the card to leave 2 1/4″ remaining at the bottom – and closed up the edges with Tear and Tape to create a pocket to hold the gift card.
I used a small piece of paper from the new Kraft 6″ x 6″ Paper Pack and used Crumb Cake Ink to stamp some leaves around the edges, and attached it to the front of the pocket.
I cut a 3″ square from the Regals Designer Series Paper stack and attached it to the back panel of the card.
I stamped the cute little Pig in Tuxedo Memento Black ink onto a die cut from the Stitched So Sweetly dies and added color with Stampin’ Blends. For the glasses – I just made them shimmer with my Wink of Stella! Glitter in a brush – what’s not to love about that!! Although my photo doesn’t show the sparkle,the glasses are quite sparkly in person!
I had an extra strip of the Cajun Craze DSP and added it to the flap of my envelope.
My next card showcases the darling Bear and Bunny – doesn’t this just make you smile? I created the hill with the Basic Border Dies and a piece of Pear Pizazz Designer Series Paper from the Subtles DSP Stack.
I used the Sheep Dies that are FREE with a $50 product order during Saleabration – no sheep on this card – but I love the sun and the pennant dies from the Sheep dies!
I used my Stampin’ Blends to add color to the image – and if you watch the replay of my FB Live, I had my dear and super talented friend, Rene’ share how she uses the blends to add color to this image. Thanks, Rene’!!!
