Hybrid!

Sorry for the crooked photo – but hopefully you will like this card!  The Give Thanks was created using My Digital Studio!  Burlap is fun to work with and is quite popular in papercrafting these days!
Quick post today – I am off to breakfast to celebrate two birthdays of two very special friends!
Have a great day and great weekend!  So glad it is Friday!
Leaves are Swirling!

Leaves are Swirling!

This card reminds me of fall – and what it looks like here in Ohio today!  The wind is blowing and the leaves are swirling all around!  So pretty!

This card uses the Wonderfall Stamp Set and was inspired by a beautiful card I received from Desiree Spentsz at Founder’s Circle.
I found the easiest way to make this card is to stamp all of the images onto a 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 piece of card stock and then cut it into three strips.  These strips are layered into a quarter sheet of Very Vanilla Card Stock that was embossed with the Chevron Embossing Folder.
Colors used – Island Indigo, Early Espresso, Cajun Craze, Early Espresso.
Thanks for stopping by!
Love Fall!!

Love Fall!!

I love fall and can’t seem to get enough of the Wonderfall Stamp Set – I love just saying the stamp set name “Wonderfall” – makes me think of everything I love about fall!

Today’s card uses some great fall colors – More Mustard, Cajun Craze, Island Indigo, Chocolate Chip and Crumb Cake.
A closer view shows a little piece of crumb cake card stock that I embossed with the Chevron Folder and the Big Shot!  The “ThankYou” is from Sassy Salutations stamp set – this has become a favorite word stamp of mine. I also added a little snip of crumb cake seam binding.
Enjoy – and enjoy this “Wonderfall” time of year!

Simple Fall Card

Here’s a pretty (well,I think so!) and simple card inspired by Shelli Gardner!

My card uses Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla cardstock as well as some First Edition Designer Series Paper.  The leaves were cut using the Autumn Accents Bigx Die and then I embossed them with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder, and lightly sponged a little chocolate chip ink on them.  The small strip of crumb cake cardstock was embossed with the fancy fan embossing folder.  Here’s a closer look –

I am a firm believer that cards can be quick to make, but also beautiful.  I think this card fits the bill perfectly!  What do you all think?

Thanks for stopping by today!

Feels like Fall!

I love fall – and it is really feeling like fall here in Ohio this week ! I even noticed yesterday that the leaves are starting to change.

I love to make little wrapped candy bars to give as gifts and these are always popular with my customers – who wouldn’t love a little chocolate presented in a cute way ?    Anyway, here’s a cute “fall” idea

And here is a closer view –

I used the Wonderfall Stamp Set and Coordinating Bigs Die – Autumn Accents – you will surely be seeing more of these two products from me.

Added a touch of gliimmer with the beautiful champagne glimmer paper, – also cut with the Autumn Accents die, a cajun craze button, a little linen thread, a stamped image from Sassy Salutations and you have a quick, cute little gift to present to someone!  What’s not to love?

Enjoy your day – we have a fun day planned – can’t wait!
