Our Easter weekend was a little different this year, but it was wonderful!
We all traveled to Richmond, Indiana to hear our daughter, Rachel perform as the alto soloist in A Child of our Time, composed by Michael Tippett, with additional music by Stravinsky and Vaughn Williams. It is a piece for orchestra, chorus and soloists, and is about the holocaust.
And of course we always have to do some family photo shots!
My beautiful girls – I am truly blessed!
Anna, Rachel, Sarah and Faith
On Sunday, as we headed home, we stopped in Columbus and had a wonderful Easter brunch with our Columbus relatives! And then we all cheered Michigan Men’s basketball on to victory, as they qualified for the NCAA Final Four next weekend! Sweet!!
Hope your Easter celebration was wonderful and that you got to spend time with those you love. Christ is Risen!

After our dinner, we are going to make gingerbread houses -a Thanksgiving tradition for many years at our house! I will post some of the pictures this weekend!
