Here are some Fiji Photos – taken by my husband – he enjoys photography and took some beautiful photos –

There were ponds and lily pads all around our hotel – with beautiful flowers and lots of frogs!

We spotted this beautiful butterfly one morning while headed to the pool!

This is Savala island- it is an uninhabited island – we took an excursion here and spent the day snorkeling, sunbathing and went on a glass bottom boat and saw hundreds of beautiful tropical fish!

The snorkeling was amazing – we saw many, many beautiful fish – bright colors . My favorite was bright blue star fish – I never even knew there was such a thing! Joe, our guide brought one to shore so we could photograph it – the picture doesn’t show how bright the color truly was – and after we took some pictures of the starfish, we threw it back in the ocean ………..

These were our guides for the day – the people of Fiji are so happy and truly enjoy life! They love to sing and play guitar – and guess what they were playing on our way to the island? Songs by John Denver and the Beetles! Guess it really is a small world!
