St. Patrick’s Day

Mar 10, 2014 | Uncategorized | 0 comments

I thought it would be fun to create a St. Patrick’s Day Card with some of our Gold products!
When my girls’ were growing up, a little leprechaun used to come during the night, and turn our milk green!  The girls would wake up to green milk for their cereal on St. Patrick’s Day morning! Hmmmm…..
Anyway, back to my card –
I used a card base of Crumb Cake 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
I added a strip of Delicate Details lace along the right side and also a piece of Gumball Green Designer Paper.
Next I added a layer of Fancy Gold Vellum – cut 2 1/2 x 4
For my shamrock, I used the Full Heart Punch and just free hand cut the stem.  For the center of the heart, I used the small heart punch.
My “happy st. patrick’s day” banner is created with the stamp from Teeny Tiny Wishes.  (this is truly a must have stamp set! )  and gumball green ink.
To finish off the card, I used some of the sequins from the Gold Sequin trim. These were attached with glue dots.
