It’s hard to believe that it is back to school time – goodness, where did the summer go?
My project for “Back to School” is a little card and matching envelope that I created to put in my daughter’s lunch next week on her first day of school! Just a little love note – but hope it brightens her day!

Both card and envelope use the Amazing Birthday stamp set- and while this set is meant for birthdays, I thought the sentiments would be perfect for a first day of school! I thought about using traditional primary school colors, but then decided to focus on some of our new In Colors.

Please check back tomorrow – I will have a short video on how I created my envelope, using our Envelope Punch Board.
Does your family have any traditions on the first day of school? I would love to hear what your traditions are for the first day – please share with me by leaving a comment, or emailing me!
We always take pictures – and I always bake a big batch of chocolate chip cookies! I have them ready and waiting when the girls come home from school on the first day. This year, only one of my girls will get to enjoy them- my other three are all out of school and in the working world! Miss them, but they are all happy and doing well, and that makes me happy too!
I have listed all of the supplies used in my project below – click on any image below and you will be taken to my online store.
