Stamper’s Dozen Blog Hop – Home Decor

Mar 15, 2015 | Uncategorized | 4 comments

Welcome to our March Stamper’s Dozen Blog Hop – this month our focus is Home Decor!  My project is a spring time banner for my “chippy window”.  I created a vignette that I love!

This was fun for me – and I hope you enjoy my creation!
It is so much prettier “in person” – the hardest part about this was
trying to photograph it!

I took lots of different shots at lots of
different angles!

And here is a close up of the ironstone pitcher – I filled it with pussy willows and then added a few paper flowers and butterflies to pull the colors from the banner.  Super quick and easy but I like the color it adds to the vignette.

And my little bunny seemed to work well, too!

Here’s a closeup of the center of the banner –

The largest pieces of the banner were cut free hand – using the gorgeous Gold Soiree Specialty Designer Paper.  Then I just added layers – butterflies, doilies, little banner shapes, buttons, etc.  Boy did I have a mess to clean up when I was done!!! I am sure many of you can relate to that – but it sure was a fun project to create!

Need a demonstrator?? I would be happy to serve as yours!
