This cute bear from the Bear Hugs stamp set just makes me happy!  I made several of these cards for Valentine’s day – and while Valentine’s day is past, any day is a great day to tell someone you love them!  

 This card goes together pretty quickly –  the base is whisper white, followed by a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of designer paper from the It’s My Party Designer Series Paper stack.  This paper stack is amazing – great, fun designs in a 12 x 12 pad – you can get lots of mileage out of this stack!  I used it for the little banner on the left and also for the sun ( 2 1/2 inch circle) behind the bear.

I stamped the top half of the bear with Chocolate Chip ink – and used the coordinating bear hugs framelit dies to cut him out.  Next, I cut his arms off (no animals were harmed ! lol!)  and placed them on the “fence”.  


The Bear Hugs framelits also come with a heart shape framelit.
