Welcome to this month’s Alaska Achievers Blog Hop! Many of us have just recently returned from Onstage Locals and we are sharing about our experiences!
You are now at my blog, Laura Milligan. Thanks for stopping by!
As a part of the Global Events Council, I was sent to the Milwaukee, Wisconson Event. We had a blast! It’s a huge honor to be selected as part of the Global Events Council – I am feeling pretty grateful right now for this amazing opportunity!
Here is our Milwaukee staff from Stampin’ Up! and me! This photo was when everyone had arrived in Milwaukee and we met in our hotel lobby to go to dinner!

These people are the best! Each one is so amazing and made me feel like I had known them all forever! You’ll see some familiar faces here – Shannon West, Tanner Smedley, Laura Thomas and of course Shelli and Sterling Gardner! Someone pinch me!
We got up bright and early on Friday morning and headed to the convention center. We all worked together to get everything set up for when our demonstrators would arrive!
We had a lot to do, but it was fun. I am always amazed at the attention to detail that is a part of all Stampin’ Up! events! Unbelievable!
We had some demonstrator volunteers come in and join us with the set up. Such nice ladies and it was fun to meet them and work with them, too!

Lots of boxes to open and set up! These contained the super cute event bag!

And here is a close up of one of the tables – so cute! We assembled these on Friday.

We had rehearsals for our presentations on Friday as well. It’s fun – and the sound crew travels with Stampin’ Up! staff to these events – they were awesome!
Friday night was Centre Stage, which is an event for demonstrator leaders. The theme was the 80’s – since that is when Stampin’ Up! was founded – and we were encouraged to dress in 80’s garb!

This is me with two of my dear friends – Lisa Lange and Janice Weightman. I am blessed to have them as friends! Would have never met them if I hadn’t become a demonstrator all those years ago! Love them both!
And here is a photo with Shannon West from Stampin’ Up! – she actually wore roller skates to the Centre Stage event!

After Centre Stage ended, the staff stayed to finish up a few things before the big event on Saturday morning.

Saturday was a great day – and I presented the Love What You Do suite – gorgeous products! I’ll be sharing more details about my projects soon, so please stop back!!

Me on the big screen – lol!!

And here is my display board – and like I said, please come back for close ups and details of my projects!

I was recognized on stage by Shelli for my serving on the Global Events Council for the past 18 months. Shelli hugs are the best!

I spent some time Sunday morning with Janice and Lisa and then headed home Sunday afternoon.

I’m so glad that I am a part of the Stampin’ Up! family and for all the countless blessings it has brought to my life! So grateful!!
