Welcome to September’s Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! We are sharing “anything but a card” this month.
The first thing that came to mind for me when I heard this theme was my favorite kit from the Holiday Catalog – the Christmas Countdown Project kit. SUPER CUTE!
This will become a keepsake that can be used and treasured year after year!
Here’s my finished kit:

The kit is very easy to put together – the boxes are ready to go – all you do is the decorating – which is the fun part! The kit comes in a very sturdy box that I will use for packing it away at the end of the Christmas season.
The white box that holds the 25 smaller boxes is very sturdy – as are the 25 small boxes.
The different designer papers that go on the boxes are all pre- cut as well!

There is a little stamping that goes on these designer papers – and for that you use the coordinating Christmas Countdown stamp set.

I love the cardinal stamp that is part of this set – it would be cute on a card, too!

The numbers are preprinted – you just pop them out and attach them to the drawer with a dimensional.

From start to finish, I assembled my kit in about 45 minutes.
If you are a mom with young kiddos, or a grandma, you NEED this kit!
To complete this kit, you will need three inks , snail adhesives and dimensionals.
I’ve listed the products needed for the kit below – click on any of them to purchase in my online store!
Oh – and here’s a cute alternate idea created by Stampin’ Up! for this kit – it’s a sleek, and adorable storage of embellishments! After Christmas has passed, you could simply turn the 25 boxes around and decorate the other side for year round use!
Wouldn’t this be adorable to sit in your crafting spot? Yes it would!
