Today’s “groovy” card uses the Driving By Stamp Set that can be earned for FREE with a qualifying $50+ purchase during Sale-a-Bration, January – February 28, 20221

You don’t have to be an expert on cars to love the versatile images and phrases in the Driving By Stamp Set. The festive balloons and gifts make this a great set for celebrations such as Christmas and birthdays. But the phrases can turn your project into a celebration of friendship, a message that’s timeless.
MEASUREMENTS:
- Basic White Thick Cardstock- 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2 (card base)
- Sunshine & Rainbows Designer Series Paper – 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
- Basic White Cardstock – 3 3/4 x 5 1/2 (layer), 3 3/4 x 3 1/2 (die-cut), 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 ( image)
- Basic Black Cardstock – 1 1/2 x 3/4 (sentiment)
- Vellum Cardstock – 3 3/4 x 2
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fold the Basic White Thick Cardstock in half and burnish the fold with a Bone Folder.
- Adhere the DSP to the card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Use Blending Brushes to add the following colors as shown to the Basic White layer: Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Pacific Point. Use a paint brush or similar to drop and splatter 90% Alcohol onto the colored area. Once dry, adhere to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Emboss the Vellum Cardstock with the Stripes 3D Embossing Folder. Adhere the center only to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine to crop a piece of Basic White Cardstock with the 3 1/2 wide Layering Diorama Die. Adhere as shown with Dimensionals.
- Stamp the VW Van in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto the Basic White Cardstock. Color with Pool Party, Basic Black, Balmy Blue and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends. Snip closely with Paper Snips. Adhere with Dimensionals.
- Stamp the sentiment in Versamark Ink onto the Basic Black Cardstock. Heat Emboss with White Embossing Powder. Snip apart and to size with Paper Snips. Adhere with Dimensionals.
- Embellish with Black Classic Matte Dots.
