Washi Tape

I guess I have been on a butterfly kick lately! Maybe wishing for spring??  We have had quite a winter here, as many of you have as well!  I am a snow girl, though – and love the snow and cold! But I also love butterflies – 🙂
Charlie, our dog, really loves the snow – and we took a great walk yesterday morning when it was snowing really hard – huge, big , beautiful flakes of snow!  We both loved it!

Isn’t he a cutie??
So my card today features some of the Watercolor Wonder Washi Tape – I simply took several pieces of it, attached them to some white card stock, and punched two butterflies using punches – the Elegant Butterfly Punch and the Bitty Butterfly punch.
I made two small banners with the Banner Framelits –  one in Pink Pirouette card stock and one in the Fancy Gold Vellum.  I layered them on top of each other to add some color behind the vellum.
Stamps used on this card are from Gorgeous Grunge – I used Pink Pirouette ink and stamped onto Shimmer White card stock (3 1/2 x 4 3/4).  Layered this onto a piece of Pink Pirouette card
stock (3 3/4 x 5).
I of course had to add a little “snippet” of a tea lace doily!  Just can’t seem to get enough of these. And to finish off the card, I attached a few single sequins and rhinestones.
Thanks for stopping by!
