Tap Tap Tap

This was such a FUN card to make! You know I LOVE the Tap Tap Tap set – – see another card I made with this set HERE
Here’s how I made today’s card:
The base of the card is Smoky Slate 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches.
The next layer is Bermuda Bay 4 x 5 1/4.
Next a layer of the  new Typeset Designer Series Paper – love this! It is cut 3 3/4 x 5 and stamped with Smoky Slate splotches using the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set and the “tap tap tap” stamp with Bermuda Bay Ink.
I used the new File Tab Edgelits to create the tab on the card – with Bermuda Bay cardstock.
The focal point of my card is the typewriter – stamped in Smoky Slate,  edges sponged with Smoky Slate Ink.
We are spoiled with so many awesome punches – but alas, no punch for the typewriter so I just cut it out- it actually was quite easy!
To finish the card, I added a few pieces of linen thread behind the tyepwriter and a wee bit of the Venetian Crochet trim.

Big, big news tomorrow! Blendabilities!  Yes, you can order several of the colors tomorrow. I can’t tell you how awesome these new alcohol based markers are!  They take coloring to a whole new level – rich, beautiful vibrant colors!
Today is the last day to join Stampin’ Up! for just $50!  Would love to have YOU on my team!
