Good Morning and thanks for stopping by today! We have had a super fun weekend – and have more fun planned for today! Don’t you just love these long weekends??
For my share today I wanted to show you what I did with the June My Paper Pumpkin kit!

There were enough supplies in the kit to make 24 pinwheels! They go together super quickly -and there are enough to share!
I had a sweet little 8 year old girl here this week and she made several of these for her family’s 4th of July celebration. She was adorable and asked if she could add some rhinestones to her pinwheels! And she also told me her favorite class in school was art! Gotta love that – maybe a future demonstrator??
Anyway – we had a big gathering here last night – and we ate in the Bee Spot. It is great for large groups – and I always like when we can all be around the same table!
I used some of my vintage flower frogs to display the pinwheels – and I also put one at everyone’s place with a yummy red, white and blue sugar cookie that I had purchased.

We even had a small fireworks display – set off by grandpa! He is such a wonderful man and we all got a kick out of him setting these off! He said it was the first time he had ever done this !!
Friday night we went to Blossom Music Center for a picnic in the lawn, concert of patriotic music and of course the finale was the 1812 Overture and fireworks. It has become our tradtion to go to Blossom on the fourth of July. We love the time together as a family, although only two of our girls could go with us this year. We enjoy seeing all the other families having picnics on the lawn. I love the beautiful patriotic music and it always makes me proud to be an American!

Thanks for stopping by – enjoy the rest of the weekend!
