Welcome to our Spooktacular Blog Hop! I LOVE Halloween – the fun costumes, the treats, the decorations, all of it!
Here’s how I greet our trick or treaters on Halloween! Too funny – and I get lots of looks and laughs from everyone!
My card today features a cute witch from the Freaky Friends Set, and also Holiday Home stamp set and coordinating framelits. This little witch is flying above the town, up in the sky across the moon!

Measurements used for this card, if you would like to recreate it!
Basic Black base – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches, scored at 4 1/4
The next layer is a fun design from the Motley Monsters Designer Paper – cut 4 x 5 1/4 inches.
I used the Memento Black ink pad and stamped the witch and also the Happy Halloween greeting. The Happy Halloween greeting is from the Holiday Home set.
I flagged the ends of the little banner with my Hexagon Punch. (don’t miss this – it is on sale through tonight, as part of our weekly deals – see it here) Just hold the punch upside down and center the small strip of paper on a “v” and punch!

The rooftops are created by stamping the three house stamps from Holiday Home onto Basic Gray cardstock with Whisper White Craft ink.
The shapes are quickly and perfectly cut out with the coordinating framelits. (tip – the Holiday Home Stamp Set and framelits are bundled together – save 15% by purchasing them in a bundle! See it here )
All coloring on the witch was done with Blendabilites.
My moon was created using the 2 1/2 inch circle punch – I punched one in whisper white and a second one in So Saffron cardstock. I snipped the So Saffron moon a bit – creating the crescent moon shape.
And to finish the card, I colored some small rhinestones with my Smokey Slate blendabilties for some color co-ordinated sparkle!
All supplies used in my card are listed below. Hope you enjoy the rest of our hop!
Now it’s time to visit my friend, Stella MacKay – I can’t wait to see what she has created!
And if you would like to travel backwards to Josee’s blog, here is that link –
