Unite and Excite was held last night in Jefferson, Ohio. There were about 75 demonstrators from surrounding areas – one came as far as Tennessee! As always when demonstrators gather, this was a ton of fun as we all shared and inspired one another.
My friend, Linda Bauwin hosted the event and did an amazing job! I could tell that she put a lot of time and effort into this event – hope she rests up today! I will get to see her next week in St. George when we attend the Founder’s Circle Retreat. So excited for that!
I was asked to speak briefly on a Stampin’ Up! promotion we have going now – it is for an exclusive, limited time only stamp set called Good Greetings.
It is a set of words – greetings – and some are words that we don’t have in current stamp offerings. To get this set, you have to submit a $300 product order – either a big order yourself, by hosting a fun stampin’ party with your friends, or even doing a book party and gathering orders without actually meeting. Any of these would work! Please contact me if you would be interested in any of the above options to get this set for YOU!!!
I made up a few samples using some of the greetings in this set. How many times do you see a hand stamped creation and think “Ah, I didn’t think I needed or wanted that set, but now that I see what you have done with it, I HAVE to have it!” And that was my thinking behind my presentation. I wanted to focus on the words – and I hope that is what my samples do! Also a great showcase of some of our designer series papers. All of my samples use the great Postcard stamp as a base – please contact me if you have questions about products used on my samples.
Here are my samples –
Merry Christmas –
I Love Us
Happy Valentine’s Day
And for my display at the event, I put all the cards on this cute frame. And now that I have made this, I will have it on display in my studio, The Bee Spot until Oct. 31 when this special promotion ends.
A fun, fun evening. I traveled with my sweet friend, Rene’ – we always have fun when we were together – but boy oh boy did we get twisted around coming home!!! We were on some roads that we probably shouldn’t have been on – lots of road closures, etc. And totally dark! AH!! Well, with Rene’ it is always an adventure.
It was a VERY late night, but I would do it again in a minute!
Thanks so much for visiting today! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
