Halloween Framed Sampler

Oct 2, 2015 | Uncategorized | 2 comments

Hello! I am back after several weeks – phew! Let me just say we have had a big dose of “life” over the past month- never a dull moment around here -we had three trips to the emergency room, 8 days hospital stay, a minor surgery, and healing time.  Yes, I have my nurses cap on again! Ah!  Happy to report that everything seems good now !

I have been creating throughout this month, and wanted to share with you today a fun Halloween frame that I created. I love these seasonal framed “samplers” – and since I love all fun, cute things of Halloween, it was so fun to create.

I pulled out several Halloween stamp sets and papers – added a little bling and this is what I came up with.  What do you think ??

Most of the cut out shapes – the owl, hat, pumpkin, skull, thelittle spider  – are all from the Howl-o-ween stamp set and Boo To You Framelits were easy and quick to create – no fussy cutting here!

The bat was the only shape I had to cut – and it was easy – this is from the Cheer All Year stamp set.

Supplies used include:  Stamp Sets: Howl-o-ween Stamp set and Boo To you Framelits – bundled together #140840, Cheer All Year  #139839, Among the Branches#139823,
Inks:  Basic Black, Rich Razzleberry, Tangelo Twist
Other:  Happy Haunting DSP #139584, Spider Web doilies #139622, Black Glimmer Paper #139605, Silver Sequins #138399, Rich Razzleberry Ribbon 3/8 inch cotton ribbon  #139612, Very Vanilla Cardstock #101650

Let me know if you have any questions and always love to hear your comments –

Happy Weekend!
