Happy 4th of July! I hope you enjoy this patriotic-themed card, which uses the fabulous Paper Florist Dies and the Beautiful Balloons Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up! Have you checked out these dies? They are AMAZING! Hope you enjoy a safe, happy and fun 4th of July today!
- Basic White Thick: Card Base – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, scored at 4 1/4
- Basic White Thick – 5 x 3 3/4 (layer)
- Real Red, Basic White & Night of Navy Card Stock – 4 x 4 (die-cut flowers)
- Basic White – 4 x 2 (stamping and cropping)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Burnish the fold of the card base with a Bone Folder.
- Adhere the Basic White Thick Layer to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Crop the Real Red, Basic White, and Night of Navy Card Stock with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the 4-petal Paper Florist Dies.
- Assemble the petals as shown, adhering together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Punch a small hole with a hand-held circle punch, then add the smallest white round brad.
- Adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Ink up the top row of the sentiment (Beautiful Balloons) with Real Red Classic Ink (using the edge of the ink pad) and the bottom row with Night of Navy Classic Ink (using the edge of the ink pad).
- Crop with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the largest Stylish Shapes flag-ended die.
- Use a Paper Trimmer to trim off the flagged ends (if desired).
- Adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
