It’s so hard to believe that Saleabration ends on February 28, this coming Sunday! This week on my blog and on my Facebook Lives, I will be featuring products that you can earn for free with a qualifying order! First up is this striking card using the Flower and Field Designer Series Paper and the Poppy Moments dies.
To create this card, I used my 1 1/2″ circle punch and punched out some different patterns from the DSP, and attached them to a panel of Basic White that I’d embossed with the Subtles Embossing Folder.
The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set – a must-have for any birthday occasion!
Tutorial:
Start with a panel of Basic White, 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, scored at 4 1/4.
Emboss a 4 x 5 1/4 panel with the Subtles 3D Embossing Folder and adhere to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
Use a 1 1/2″ circle punch to stamp out six circles – attach to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
Wrap Linen Thread around the card front and secure with a knot.
Use the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine with the solid floral dies, using Cherry Cobbler cardstock. Crop the detailed Floral Dies with Rococo Rose cardstock.
Use Basic Black Cardstock to crop the floral centers – and adhere all of the floral pieces together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Attach to the card front with dimensionals
Stamp the greeting on a small strip of Crumb Cake cardstock with Cherry Cobbler ink. Punch a small hole in the Crumb Cake panel and tie it to Linen Thread securing it with a bow.
To finish the card, add a few Black Matte Dots.
