There’s something quietly charming about Lily of the Valley cards. They feel like tiny paper bouquets tucked into an envelope, delicate, elegant, and timeless all at once. 🌿
During yesterday’s Facebook Live, I shared these two cards featuring the beautiful Stampin’ Up! Valley in Bloom Suite Collection and the Lily of the Valley Bundle that’s part of the suite. Both cards may use the same florals, but they each tell a completely different story!
One of my favorite things about the Valley in Bloom Suite is how versatile it is. You can create soft and feminine cards, clean and simple designs, or even vintage-inspired projects just by changing the papers and colors. The Lily of the Valley Bundle steals the show with those gorgeous dies that do so much of the work for you. It’s the kind of bundle that makes you want to keep creating “just one more card.” 🌸

If you missed the live, be sure to catch the replay and see all the layering, texture, and little details up close. Which card is your favorite: the soft pink arch design or the fresh green botanical version?

The first card leans soft and dreamy with blush pink layers, embossed texture, and sweet little blooms nestled inside an arched frame. I love how the embossed background adds depth without taking away from the simplicity of the design. Add a bit of ribbon and a few embellishments, and it becomes one of those cards that feels extra special without being overly complicated.

The second card has a fresher, more botanical feel with the patterned paper backdrop and layered die-cut stems. The white floral die cuts almost float against the green leaves, giving the card a light and airy look. A simple twine bow finishes it off with just the right touch of cottage garden charm.

There’s something extra special about a card that tells the story before you even stamp the sentiment. These two cards featuring the Stampin’ Up! Silly Old Bear Suite Collection feel like tiny pages pulled straight from a well-loved storybook, and this time the real star of the show is the gorgeous Designer Series Paper.
The soft watercolor scenery, woodland details, and sweet illustrated characters do so much of the heavy lifting that creating beautiful cards becomes wonderfully simple. Sometimes all you need is a thoughtfully trimmed piece of Designer Series Paper, a few die cuts, and a sentiment to create a card that feels layered with charm and nostalgia. 🍯🌲

For the first card, I let the scenic paper take center stage by adding Pooh and Piglet strolling through the woods together. The vertical banner sentiment balances the layout perfectly while keeping all the attention on that peaceful storybook background. It feels warm, quiet, and full of those “slow down and enjoy the little things” kind of moments.

The second card uses the striped Designer Series Paper as a soft backdrop with layered die cuts framing another adorable scene straight from the suite collection. I love how the embossed white layers add texture without competing with the artwork. The little leaves and gems are the crafting equivalent of a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Just enough detail to make everything cozy.

What I love most about this suite is how easy it is to mix nostalgic imagery with simple card layouts. The Designer Series Paper does so much storytelling that even beginner-friendly designs look polished and intentional.

There’s something about lake days, Adirondack chairs, and a quiet cup of coffee that feels like a deep exhale for the soul. ☕🌊 Last week’s Facebook Live card captured all of those peaceful, tucked-away cabin vibes using the beautiful Waterside Retreat Suite Collection from Stampin’ Up!
For this card, I paired two of the gorgeous patterned papers from the suite to create a soft split-panel background that feels like rippling water meeting a peaceful lakeside map. The bold Adirondack chair instantly becomes the star of the show, while the tiny coffee cup and sailboat charm add the sweetest little finishing touches. And can we talk about that “Relax” sentiment? It feels less like a greeting and more like a tiny permission slip tucked into an envelope. 💙
If you missed the Facebook Live replay, be sure to catch it and see this card come together step-by-step. And if this suite has been sitting on your wish list, consider this your sign to grab it before those peaceful lake vibes sail away!

One of my favorite things about this suite is how effortlessly it creates masculine cards, retirement cards, encouragement cards, or even just a simple “thinking of you” design. The mix of nautical textures, calming blues, and rustic details makes every project feel like a weekend getaway without packing a suitcase.
This card was also featured during last week’s Facebook Live, where I shared layering tips, simple embellishment ideas, and how to mix coordinating Designer Series Papers without overwhelming your design. Sometimes the magic is simply letting beautiful paper do the heavy lifting.
Even more exciting… the Waterside Retreat Suite Collection is also the featured collection in this month’s TPC Tutorial Bundle! If you love creative inspiration, fresh card layouts, and seeing how different designers interpret the same suite, you are going to adore this month’s tutorials. Think of it like a cozy crafting retreat delivered right to your inbox. 🛶✨

There are card designs that whisper… and then there are the ones that gently pull you closer to the table because you just need to see them up close. These two beauties fall firmly in that second category.

During my latest Facebook Live, I shared a little sneak peek of the upcoming Velvet Meadow Suite Collection (arriving May 5), and let me just say… I’m completely smitten. Not a casual crush. A full-on “I keep reaching over to touch it” situation. Because yes… the Velvet Paper is that good. I dare you to not run your hands across it when you have it !!! The velvet touches are just beautiful!!

A Little Texture, A Lot of Wow
Let’s start with the card on the left. This design is all about soft layers and quiet texture. The embossed background creates a subtle grid that feels structured, while those vellum layers soften everything like a gentle breeze through wildflowers. Add in those leafy die cuts and a simple “just because” sentiment, and you’ve got a card that feels calm, thoughtful, and beautifully put together.
But the real star? That velvet detail tucked into the layers. It doesn’t shout. It hums. And once you notice it, you can’t un-notice it.

Sweet Florals with a Pop
Now the card on the right takes a slightly brighter path. The floral Designer Series Paper brings in cheerful color, while the layered shapes give it that playful, stacked look we all love. The soft pink ribbon adds just the right finishing touch—like tying a bow on a bouquet.
And those flowers? Stamped simply, but they stand tall and proud against that circle backdrop. It’s the kind of card that feels like a smile in paper form.

Let’s Talk About That Velvet Paper…
I need a moment here… because this paper deserves it.

It cuts beautifully. It layers like a dream. And when you run your fingers across it? It’s like cardstock decided to dress up for a special occasion. I’ve been adding it to everything lately—tiny accents, die cuts, even just little peeks behind layers—and it elevates every single project.
Obsessed might actually be an understatement.

There’s something quietly magical about a card that doesn’t try too hard… and still steals the show. This one leans into that effortless beauty, letting the Beautiful Gallery Suite Collection do what it does best—bring soft, painterly elegance right to your craft table.
This card is a perfect reminder that you don’t need a lot of layers or fuss to create something truly special. The Designer Series Paper does the heavy lifting here with those dreamy, hand-painted florals in calming greens and creamy whites. It almost feels like a tiny canvas plucked straight from an art studio.
By framing the paper with a subtle mat and adding a clean, stitched circle, the design stays grounded while still letting those florals bloom front and center.

The sentiment—“I’m here for you always”—sits softly in the spotlight, surrounded by a few die-cut leaves that echo the artwork in the background. A sprinkle of embellishments adds just enough texture without taking away from the serene feel.
It’s the kind of card that speaks in a gentle voice… but says exactly what’s needed.
The Beautiful Gallery Suite Collection is officially on the retiring list, which means it’s your last chance to scoop up these gorgeous bundles, and coordinating pieces. Thankfully, that beautiful Designer Series Paper is sticking around (for now).
