On yesterday’s Facebook Live I decided to share two cards from our upcoming Saleabration offering! Saleabration, along with the release of our July-December Mini (Holiday) catalog both launch on July 1. YAY!!
These cards feature the Wonderful World stamp set and coordinating Designer Series Paper – both are free with a $100 purchase.
Do you follow me on facebook? You can find all my facebook live recordings on my I’d Rather Bee Stampin’ page.
Here is the recording of yesterday’s Facebook Live: Whether you are watching the replay or the recording via my youtube channel, please leave a comment and subscribe! Your name will be entered for a drawing of the projects I create – winners get the card mailed to them!

The first card uses the beautiful rose image along with the gorgeous Designer Series Paper. I used a small strip of Rich Razzleberry cardstock that I had cut with the scallop from the Scallop Contour dies and tucked it between the two DSP layers. The rose image is stamped with Rich Razzleberry ink onto a circle shape from the Beautiful Shapes dies. The rose is gorgeous – so much detail just by adding ink to paper! I love the detail that the Beautiful Shape dies add to the circle shape.
Measurements for the DSP for this card: 1″ x 3 3/4″ and 3″ x 4″

For my second card, I showcased another beautiful DSP from this stamp set/dsp combo – also gorgeous! My card base is Orchid Oasis. I added a 2″ x 4″ piece of DSP to the card front.
I created the curve with Basic White card stock (measuring 3 3/4″ x 4″) and the Basic Borders dies. These are a favorite set of dies for me. So much you can do with these and they add such a fun interest to a card front.
My flower – a beautiful Iris – was stamped with Starry Sky ink. The words I used are from a new stamp set in the July-December Mini called Soft Seedlings – love it and I’ll be sharing some beautiful cards with this set for sure!
Only a few more days til we launch these new catalogs – so exciting!

My card today was inspired by this week’s Freshly Made Sketches Challenge. When I saw the sketch I immediately thought of the beautiful Blackberry Beauty Suite!

I used one of the Basic Borders Dies to crop a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock. I took an Early Espresso Blend and tapped it over the Vanilla panel to add some soft flecks of color to the Vanilla panel.

Next, I stamped and die cut two of the floral images from the Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set and cropped them with the coordinating dies. I layered these and added a gold sprig from the Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack and attached them to the Very Vanilla panel.
I tied a small bow with Linen Thread and adhered it with a glue dot. I stamped the greeting onto a small strip of Very Vanilla cardstock, and positioned this over the Linen Thread bow.
I cut a piece of the Blackberry Beauty Specialty Designer Series Paper – I cut this “strategically” so that the sparrow would show! This panel was adhered to an Early Espresso cardstock base. I added the Very Vanilla panel with dimensionals to the card front.
To finish the card, I embellished with a Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dot.

Demonstrator Kylie Bertucci from Australia shared a great idea with the “scraps” from the Butterfly Brilliance stamp. These pieces are the part we would normally throw away – but when Kylie saw them, she cleverly saw a way to create a giraffe pattern! So cool! You can see the little pieces on the photo below. And yes, I must confess I had to go to my trash and rescue these little pieces of rubber – haha!!

I took her idea and made a different giraffe card, but also “saw” the potential for a turtle shell – so designed this card! The turtle and giraffe card both feature a great stamp set called Back On Your Feet. It’s a fun and light hearted way to wish someone well after surgery, or an illness.

I stamped by little rubber pieces with Just Jade ink onto Mint Macaron cardstock and then cropped some triangles with the Stitiched Triangle dies. My turtle was stamped with Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Soft Suede and Mint Macaron blends. Isn’t this a cute card? Who would have thought that those little scraps or rubber that I threw away could create such fun backgrounds for these cards!

This afternoon on my Facebook Live Take 2, I shared the two cards above, both feature the Butterfly Brilliance Bundle.

You can check out the projects on my video below! If you haven’t subscribed to my Youtube Channel, I’d love for you to do that! Just click on the “subscribe” button! Easy Peasy- and that way you will know when I post a new video!

My first card featured the die cuts from the largest dies in the Butterfly Wings set – I embossed a panel of the Painted Textures embossing folder and then die cut the butterflies. I used the “negative” as a template to position the die cut butterflies onto my card front. I love the look of white on white with the added texture created by the embossing folder.

For the next card, I created a watercolor wash on a piece of Watercolor Paper with Mint Macaron ink. I let it dry and then used the scalloped rectangle die from the So Sentimental dies.

I created a pop-up on the inside of the card, just for a fun surprise as the card is opened.

Be sure to check back tomorrow – I’ll be sharing two other cards I created with the “throw away” rubber parts of the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set and the Back on Your Feet stamp set!

In my Facebook Live on Monday, I shared two cards featuring two different Saleabration products that are free with a $50 order – the beautiful Heal Your Heart stamp set and the Field and Floral DSP.

The first card I shared was the beautiful Heal Your Heart Stamp set paired it with the Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper. Does this card look familiar to you? I copied it directly out of the Saleabration brochure – it is simple and very elegant looking! Our catalogs are a source of amazing project ideas – don’t be afraid to use them in your crafting!
If you missed my FB Live, you can watch it on replay below!

I LOVE the font used in the Heal Your Heart stamp set – for this card I stamped it in Night of Navy on a Basic White Stitched Circle.

The second card featured the Flower and Field DSP – I punched 1 1/2″ circles from the DSP and added them to my card front. I used the largest Stitched with Whimsy Dies to create a stitched border around the card front.

I pulled out my new favorite tool – the Blending Brushes – and added some Pool Party ink to my daisy – pulling this idea from the DSP – the daisys have a touch of Pool Party towards the center. I love the colors in this card and in the DSP – it sure brings a touch of sunshine to my day – and hope it brightened your day as well!
