i featured a Tower Pinwheel Card on my Facebook Live yesterday! This was the first Tower Pinwheel card I made – and I will be making more – they are so fun!  I used the Turtle Friends Bundle for this card.

You can watch how I made the tower pinwheel card and one other card here:

I took several pictures of the card so you could see all the different angles!  There are four different “pinwheels” – all shown below!

The great thing about this card is that it folds flat and will fit in a regular envelope.   Wouldn’t it be cute sitting on a desk or table?

The second card I made was one of the Make and Takes from my June Bingo Event, and also uses the Turtle Friends Bundle.

You can watch the FB Live replay to see how this card goes together.  I am loving the Tailored Tag Dies – there are so many uses for tags – and this set is a good one!   I added some detail around the focal point of the card with my Stitched With Whimsy dies.

Measurements for the Pinwheel Tower Card:

The “tower” is created with a 4 1/4″ square – scored at 1″, 2″, 3″ and 4″ – this leaves a 1/4″ edge where adhesive is applied to create the tower.

The four sections of the pinwheel at 2 3/4″ x 4 1/4.    Layered on these panels are DSP 2 1/2″ x 4″, and Stitched So Sweetly Die cuts.

Wow Wow Wow! I just found your blog while searching for card ideas. This is my lucky day because the few postings I’ve seen had me sign up for your blog immediately. I was supposed to be cleaning the house today but I’m making a big mug of tea and going through your blog instead. I’m pretty sure the dust bunnies will wait for me.
