Today I wanted to share this cool card created with the Queen Bee Bundle, this is the bundle I designed for reaching $1 million in career sales! I hope you all love it as much as I do!
Measurements:
- Thick Basic White Card Stock: 8 1/2” x 5 ½
- Basic White Card Stock: 3 ¾” x 5”, Scrap for Stamping/Die Cutting
- Basic Gray Card Stock: Scrap for Embossing and Cutting (words)
- Melon Mambo Card Stock: Small Scrap for Die Cut heart
- Gold Twine: 10-12”
Instructions:
- Score and Fold the Thick Basic White to form your card base 5 ½” x 4 ¼”
- On 3 ¾” x 5” Basic White Card Stock Blend Daffodil Delight Ink with a small blending brush on lower right corner.
- Using the Stamp Off method and Basic Gray Classic Stampin’ Pad stamp background images such as splatter, small flower and word collage in lower right corner.
- Stamp Queen Bee in Basic Gray on Scrap paper and cut out with coordinating die.
- Color with Watercolor Pencils and Blender Pen; Highlight some of the flowers with Wink of Stella.
- Die cut small heart from Melon Mambo Card Stock and adhere to the back of the Queen.
- Die Cut Gold Foil Sheet with “Honey Comb” die Twice; leave pieces in one and pop at least 3 out of the other. Adhere to the card stock and save the 3 small discard pieces to adhere to card when finished.
- Emboss the greeting “Happy Birthday” onto Basic Gray Card Stock with VersaMark and White Embossing Powder. Cut out and adhere to card front.
- Using Stampin’ Dimensionals pop up the “Queen Bee” and adhere here to the card front with a twine circle.
- Stamp off the crown and stamp above the Bee; add 3 discarded gold foil gems
Queen Bee Class to Go or In Person!!
I am beyond excited to offer a class featuring my Queen Bee Bundle!
For this class, I am offering both an “in person” option and a “class to go!” Pick which one works best for you!
I wish all of you were local to me and could come in person to my studio – but I know that’s not possible, but my goodness that would be fun!
Registration will close January 4th.
The In Person Class will be held on: Thursday, January 26 at 2:30-5:30 (you can come after work if need be).
