I did a Facebook Live yesterday and featured the Kite Delight stamp set. You can find all my facebook live recordings on my I’d Rather Bee Stampin’ page.
I love this card and the creative way to use the Basic Borders die to create clouds! To create this look, I used one panel of Thick Basic White – cut 3″ x 5 1/2″ – and positioned the cloud die slightly left of center. I ran this through my Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine and the end result was two panels with cloud like edges. So cute!

I used the wonderful Abstract Beauty Designer Series Specialty Paper Pack for my back ground panel – I love all those colors popping up behind the clouds! I also stamped on the DSP with my words and also for my kite. The kite was easy to snip out with my Paper Snips.
Don’t miss the Abstract Beauty Paper – it’s a pack full of a wide array of patterns and colors with both large and small gold accents. The paper in the pack measures 4″ x 6″ – first time we have had a DSP in that size. The 4″ wide is perfect for card fronts – for my card today I just used my paper trimmer to cut off half an inch from the 6″ length and I had the perfect size for the card front!
I like to switch things up sometimes by stamping on Designer Series Paper – it’s a fun look!
To finish my card, I used the Adhesive Backed Hexagon embellishments to accent the tail of the kite! Love this card and hope you do as well! It just makes me happy – the kite, the clouds and the bright cheerful DSP!

I did a Facebook Live yesterday and featured the Speedy Recovery stamp set. You can find all my facebook live recordings on my I’d Rather Bee Stampin’ page.
The card I made used the sweet new Speedy Recovery Stamp set – it’s so cute – and I love the stamps in this set – they stamp beautifully!
I used a Thick Basic White card base, and then added a strip of Orchid Oasis DSP measuring 2″ x 4″ and attached it to the card base. I stamped the images onto a Basic White panel measuring 2 3/4″ x 4″, using Orchid Oasis ink. The kleenex box is so cute, right? It actually stamps as you see it – no coloring needed – I stamped this and then used my Paper Snips to cut it out, positioning it onto the card front with dimensionals.

Here’s a peek at the inside of the card – a simple greeting – and I couldn’t resist stamping the spoon – so cute! To finish the card, I added a white bow and some In Color Matte Decorative Dots.

I used my Stamparatus to stamp the racoon – this stamp is quite detailed and I wanted to be certain to get a nice, dark image – I used Tuxedo Black Memento ink and stamped the racoon twice – and of course because of the beauty of the Stamparatus, it was perfectly positioned both times – this created a nice dark stamped image!
This card is a fun fold – the card base measures 4 1/4 ” x 11 and is scored at 1″ and 5 1/2″. The small one inch panel folds towards the front of the card and the soft succulent/gray granite panel is attached to it .
I used the new Rustic Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots to embellish. The words I used are from an adorable new host set called Sit Stay Relax – I like these particular words for my card, but the whole set is adorable!

This is such a gorgeous suite of projects – the stamp set/bundle and especially the beautiful Sun Prints Designer Series Paper. I have just used a little bit of the DSP for my label shape – but trust me – it’s beautiful paper!
I used Starry Sky and Orchid Oasis and Gray Granite ink for my card – pulling the colors from the DSP. I stamped onto a panel of Basic White and then ran the panel through my Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine with the new Fern Embossing folder. This added a nice texture to the background.
The large floral image was stamped onto Basic White and then cropped with the coordinating die.
My words are stamped onto Basic White and cropped with a new set of dies – the Stylish Shapes dies – this particular circle has a “punched” edge for a nice, subtle addition.
To finish the card, I added some Iridescent Rhinestones and a bit of the new 1/8″ Metallic Ribbon in Starry Sky.
Such a pretty card!

My color palette featured the new In Color Sweet Sorbet, along with Pear Pizazz and Daffodil Delight. I used one of the DSP Patterns from the 2022-2024 In Color Designer Series Paper stack – these are new patterns and available not only in the In Colors but all of our Color Families!
The dies in this bundle cut out the word “Sending” – and there are lots of words to complete your thought. For my card I chose “A card to say hello.” There is also a super cute detailed die that crops out a cursive “Sending” that I love. I also used the dies to crop out one of the flowers/stems.

I used the Touch of Whimsy dies on this card to add a bit of texture to the Basic White panel. I stamped the glasses of beer in Tuxedo Black ink and used a stamp from the set and Crushed Curry Ink to “fill the glasses”. The dies made it super easy to crop the beer glass out and also the foam! So cute!
My colors also included the new In Color – Starry Sky – such a beautiful shade of blue! And truly,I should say this isn’t just for men – I know that women enjoy beer as well! So whoever you have in mind for a card like this using this bundle, they will surely enjoy receiving it!
